Patrick@Burwell.tech is an experienced Infrastructure Expert, skilled in Multiple OS Systems Engineering, and Standard, Hybrid and Cloud Infrastructure Administration. Patrick has extensive experience in installing and maintaining Windows Servers in Active Directory enterprise environments, has worked heavily in Active Directory since it’s inception, as well as patching Microsoft Windows Server and Office environments (With WSUS, SUS, Third-Party Products and manually), all while maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2022, 2019, 2016, and 2012R2 servers (presently). Patrick has worked on Microsoft products all the way back to DOS 5.0., has engineered, configured and migrated production systems to work in an isolated peer-to-peer virtual VMWare environment, has vetted and documented procedures for every role, and has written technical Standardized Operating Procedures (Both SOP and COE) for multiple clients (including the US Government abnd DOSD contractors). Patrick has executed GxP and non-GxP changes, utilizing release management processes, and is well verse in change control ITIL procedures.
Ryan@Burwell.tech has been an IT intern with www.Burwell.tech since 2019, learning, on the job (OJT), PC/Server/Network support, Windows server builds (Physical, virtual and hybrid Azure cloud), obtaining several certifications in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft PowerShell and Microsoft Windows Server, all from www.Udemy.com. Ryan is an avid Gamer, and does video editing, making YouTube videos using Filmora and GIMP.
Ryan is presently interviewing for Tech Support and Video Editing roles.
